Brace yourself, Sverdlovsk residents! A storm's comin' your way, loaded with heavy rain and wind gusts up to a monstrous 17 m/s. Uralhydrometcenter has forecasted this weather mayhem, so better heed their warning!

During the previous storm, wicked wind speeds cast a spell on Yekaterinburg and its neighbors, reaching 19–24 m/s (43–54 mph) – that's some wild, wacky weather! [1]

The chill's not over yet, either.深难以入 winter's icy claws still have a firm grip on the northern parts of the region, while the southwest tips shiver and shake with temperatures ranging from a crisp +10°C to a frosty +6°C. Daytime highs will grovel between 8-13°C.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations has a stern warning for us all: stay indoors, mates, and for Pete's sake, avoid those outdoor trips like the plague! Homeowners, make sure your drainage systems are shipshape to prevent flooding. And fellow drivers and pedestrians, tread lightly on the roads – it's slippery out there!

Another important advisory: strong winds bear the risk of fires. So, Sverdlovsk habitants, mind the fire safety rules! It's a wild one out there, and we ain't messin' around.
