Sporting Director Paul Fernie had nothing but praise for the 32-year-old. "Schuhen's been a fabulous asset to the team, on and off the pitch, for quite some time now," he said. And it seems the feeling's mutual, as Schuhen himself gushed about feeling "completely sold" on his decision to stay in Darmstadt, making it a "decision of the heart" as he put it.
