Pieter-Steph du Toit

A force to be reckoned with, Du Toit dominated the pitch in a mesmerizing show of strength and agility. His relentless motor propelled him across the field at breakneck speed, outmatching the competition in a breathtaking display of endurance. Among the game's titans, Du Toit stands apart as the epitome of versatility, delivering exceptional performances time and again.

A tribal terror in the trenches, a wrecking ball with the ball in hand, and an unwavering force in defense (with a joint-team-high 10 tackles), Du Toit scored a brace of tries and made two turnovers. His first try was an NFL-style dive over a mound of bodies, while his second came in the 72nd minute. He also provided two crane-like steals, one in the 17th minute and the other in the 32nd. An MVP worthy performance that earned him the Man of the Match title.

Aphelele Fassi

Fassi continues to carve a niche for himself in the Test arena, scoring a double and excelling in every aspect of his game. After powering through his opposing number Santiago Carreras for the opening try, he left a trail of Argentinian defenders in his wake. His second try came courtesy of fantastic support play, and he repaid Cheslin Kolbe with a spiraling try assist.

Fassi's speed and athleticism were on full display, as he beat four defenders, made two clean breaks, and racked up 85 meters from his nine carries. He also demonstrated his durability in defense, making all of his tackles and putting his body on the line in the air, taking a nasty spill on one occasion.

Cheslin Kolbe

No performance was more captivating than that of Kolbe, who electrified the crowd and perplexed the Pumas with his dazzling footwork and lightning speed. Kolbe sliced through the Argentine defense like a hot knife through butter, leaving defenders grasping for air as he weaved his way to the try line.

The electrifying winger beat a match-high seven defenders, made three clean breaks for 82 meters in nine carries, and showcased a flawless execution of fundamental skills. Kolbe also produced an awe-inspiring try assist for Fassi and crossed for a try of his own.
