Exploration of war photographer Lynsey Addario's life in the heat of battle featured in upcoming National Geographic documentary
In the world of photography and filmmaking, anticipation is building for the upcoming National Geographic documentary, "Love+War". Directed by Oscar-winning filmmakers Jimmy Chin and Chai Vasarhelyi, known for their work on Free Solo and The Rescue, this documentary premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) on August 6, 2025, with tickets going on sale from August 25, 2025. The New York premiere is scheduled for September 20, 2025, at Metrograph theater, followed by a post-screening conversation with Addario and director Chai Vasarhelyi.
"Love+War" offers an intimate look into the life and career of renowned photojournalist Lynsey Addario.
