Expanded hours of operation for local authorities in Seevetal announced
Starting from July 1st, there will be changes to the opening hours and appointment policies for the local offices in Meckelfeld, Maschen, Fleestedt, Hittfeld, Bullenhausen, and Ramelsloh. These offices are all located within the town of Seevetal.
During the trial period, which will last until the end of September, the offices in Bullenhausen and Ramelsloh will only be accessible by appointment. The offices in Meckelfeld, Maschen, Fleestedt, and Hittfeld, however, will remain open without the need for an appointment on Mondays and Thursdays.
It's important to note that the offices in Bullenhausen and Ramelsloh are not included in the service available on Mondays and Thursdays without an appointment. The service offered by these offices will still be available during their usual operating hours, but appointments must be made in advance.
The offices in Meckelfeld, Maschen, Fleestedt, and Hittfeld will continue to offer their service on a regular basis, every Monday and Thursday, without the need for an appointment. However, wait times should be expected on these days due to the absence of appointments.
Existing appointments for Mondays or Thursdays will remain valid, and Seevetal residents can use the service offered by these offices on the specified days. The offices mentioned are located in four different areas, providing convenient access for residents across Seevetal.
The new regulation does not affect the offices in Meckelfeld, Maschen, Fleestedt, and Hittfeld, which will continue to be open without appointment on Mondays and Thursdays. The local offices in Bullenhausen and Ramelsloh, however, will remain closed during these days unless an appointment has been made.
In summary, starting from July 1st, the offices in Bullenhausen and Ramelsloh will only be accessible by appointment, while the offices in Meckelfeld, Maschen, Fleestedt, and Hittfeld will continue to be open without appointment on Mondays and Thursdays. This new regulation will be tested until the end of September.
