Expanded Festival Duration Announced for Taubertal Festival 2025, Including an Extra Festival Day
The Taubertal Festival, set to take place in Rothenburg ob der Tauber from August 7th to 10th, 2025, has revealed an impressive lineup of artists and new features that are sure to delight music lovers.
Early bird ticket purchases offer a discount and a limited-time opportunity to save more. Tickets for the festival, including daily, VIP, and camper tickets, are already available for purchase. A shuttle bus service has been introduced for a more relaxed travel experience to and from the festival. A small fee of 5 euros will be charged for the shuttle service, which includes connections to Ansbach train station and a last shuttle from Rothenburg to ensure festival-goers catch their connections.
The Taubertal Festival 2025 will feature a diverse lineup of headliners. On the main Taubertal Stage, artists such as Dubioza Kolektiv, H-Blockx, Hilltop Hoods, Enter Shikari, I Prevail, and Papa Roach will perform from August 7th to 10th. The Sound for Nature Stage will showcase acts like Corduroy County, Brostein, From Fall To Spring, The Lungs, Raum27, Upproret, Paula Carolina, Crimson Bloom, and Kasi, adding a variety of genres and an emphasis on nature-conscious themes.
On Sunday, August 10, additional headliners include Yungblud, Nothing But Thieves, and Ennio, alongside performances by The Butcher Sisters, The Chats, Emil Bulls, 100 Kilo Herz, and Emergenza winners. This day also features the Emergenza competition winner showcase and the legendary Bobby Car race, a popular festival tradition returning to the festival village with other activities like Dampfbläser and Yoga sessions.
Special guests like Testament, Obituary, Destruction, and Nervosa have been highlighted as part of the festival’s metal offerings, broadening the program further. Betontod, Team Scheisse, and Madsen are among the artists announced to perform at the festival. Thursday of the Taubertal Festival 2025 will now be a full day of music, with live bands performing on the main stage.
German rappers Mehnersmoos, 90s crossover pioneers H-Blockx, and Dubioza Kolektiv from Bosnia will perform on the new opening day of the Taubertal Festival 2025. The festival grounds will open for camping as early as Wednesday, August 6th, but entry to the camping site will be delayed by five hours, starting from 2:00 PM.
Last year, the Taubertal Festival celebrated its success with artists like Rise Against, Alligatoah, Beatsteaks, and Deichkind. Tickets for the Taubertal Festival 2024 sold out in just a few weeks. Tickets for the Taubertal Festival 2025 are still available at the regular price, but only a few remain.
