German actor and singer Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht faced legal trouble after landing at Hamburg Airport on June 25, 2025. Authorities arrested him over an unpaid hotel bill in Austria totalling nearly 14,000 euros. The incident led to a court-imposed fine of 18,000 euros for the 34-year-old celebrity.

Ochsenknecht had been travelling from Dubai, a city he frequently visits to relax and recharge. Despite his jet-setting lifestyle, he has recently scaled back on extravagant spending. This year, he chose not to host a lavish birthday celebration, opting for a quieter approach instead.

Family remains a central focus for the star, particularly his daughter Snow. He regularly returns to Germany—at least once or twice a month—to spend time with her. For the upcoming holidays, Ochsenknecht plans to celebrate Christmas and New Year’s Eve with his ex-girlfriend Yeliz Koc and their child. His decision reflects a shift away from the high-profile parties he once favoured. The arrest stemmed from an unresolved debt linked to a luxury stay in Austria. German officials acted on the outstanding bill, detaining him upon arrival. The court later issued a penalty exceeding the original amount owed.

Ochsenknecht’s legal issue has been resolved with the payment of an 18,000 euro fine. His focus now turns to family, with plans to spend the festive season with his ex-partner and daughter. The incident marks a contrast to his earlier reputation for extravagance and nightlife.
