In a separate development, the "Gruzavtotrans" association sent a request to Roskomnadzor to stop the use of illegal radio interference generators along highways. In Russia, the authorities have prepared changes to the Road Traffic Rules (RTR) that would prohibit the use of pitbikes on public roads [8]. The fine for riding a pitbike on public roads could be 5-15 thousand rubles, with a repeat offense resulting in a fine of 20-30 thousand rubles or mandatory labor.
