La Marina Pank Festival Returns to La Mistelera on August 16
Get ready for a night of fast-paced rhythms and rebellious lyrics as the La Marina Pank Festival makes its return to La Mistelera social centre in La Xara, Costa Blanca North. Scheduled for Saturday, August 16, 2025, the festival kicks off at 6pm and promises an evening of punk music that celebrates the DIY ethos and enduring local scene.
Located just outside Denia, La Mistelera has been a hub for live music, theatre, film screenings, creative workshops, local produce markets, and community gatherings for over a decade. Founded by a collective of artists and activists, the venue is known for hosting grassroots cultural events, often with an alternative edge.
The festival's line-up includes local and regional bands such as Kabres Bankal, Serra Gelada, Oscuro Deseo, Fredad, Psicosis Kolectiva, and La Raquel (Cabuda). Tickets for the event are priced at €5, with a €1 discount for La Mistelera members.
If you're not quite ready to call it a night, head over to La Mistelera the following day, Sunday, August 17, for the regular jam session. Starting at 8.30pm, musicians of all levels are invited to participate in a communal music experience with provided instruments, including drums, guitars, and microphones. The resident band will also be present during the jam session.
