Breathe life into your home - literally!

Meet Pinto, a furry friend with certain, well, necessities like the rest of us. Living on the sixth floor of a NYC apartment without an elevator, he and his humans (my partner and I) find themselves in a bit of a pickle whenever nature calls - a predicament we're not too fond of given our love for him.

Comparison snapshot of DoggieLawn against various alternatives such as artificial grass pads, single-use pads, and real grass companies, highlighting the advantages of the DoggieLawn system.

Before bringing home Pinto from the shelter, I was on a mission to find an indoor bathroom solution. I was looking for something that wasn't an eyesore, was more eco-friendly than single-use pads, wouldn't leave a lingering smell, and wasn't going to cost an arm and a leg.

Truth be told, I wasn't too sure if such a solution existed. But I stumbled upon DoggieLawn, a subscription service that delivers fresh grass patches straight to your door!

After researching other real grass brands, I found DoggieLawn to be more affordable than most, making it a key deciding factor. Their grass patches are also larger than competitors', ensuring they won't saturate quickly and last longer between deliveries.

Prices start at $31.20 for their standard size and go up to $40.70 for their XL size. New subscribers get access to Pup Perks, allowing you to earn points on each order and enjoy discounts on pet products from their shop.

For the past seven months, my deliveries have been as punctual as a Swiss watch, always delivered by FedEx bang on time. The grass arrives rolled up and comes with disposable gloves for handling. It'll be damp, but that's a sign of freshness.

New subscriptions come with a free reusable plastic tray to house your indoor yard. When a new shipment arrives, I remove the old grass (taking it to my local compost drop-off), clean the tray, and insert the new grass.

time to do their business! Training Pinto on the pad was surprisingly easy. DoggieLawn provides plenty of handy training content, and they even sell a training spray for skeptical dogs. Although I bought it, I didn't need it, as Pinto took to the grass on his first try, much to our amazement.

DoggieLawn recommends a new shipment every two weeks. Knowing Pinto wouldn't need the grass for every potty break, I opted for a new pad every three weeks without any issues.

Here's what my grass patch looks like after three weeks. While browning and wilting are expected as it's a live plant, it's by no means a total rotting mess.

DoggieLawn plays an integral part in our pet care routine. The convenience of having Pinto relieved early in the morning or late at night, without having to climb the stairs, is, well, a relief! The lack of unwanted odors and minimal environmental waste just makes me the happiest little pet parent.

Whether you live in an apartment, have mobility issues, or your pooch is simply picky about the weather, head over to DoggieLawn and subscribe to a grass pad for as little as $31.20 a month - enjoy convenience like never before!
