The Saarlouis Royals, the German vice-champion and current cup winner, have secured a spot in the EuroCup Women 2025/26 season. The team will be seeded in Pot 4 as the representative of the DBBL.

The EuroCup Women competition, the second-highest European club competition in women's basketball, will consist of a total of 48 teams, divided into twelve groups of four teams each.
