Eugene Mirman injured in fiery New Hampshire toll plaza crash

Eugene Mirman, the voice actor behind Gene Belcher in Bob's Burgers, was seriously injured in a car crash at a New Hampshire toll plaza. The accident occurred just before noon on Tuesday, prompting a swift rescue effort from bystanders and officials.

The crash took place on the northbound side of the Bedford Toll Plaza. Mirman's vehicle caught fire after the collision, leaving him trapped inside. A state trooper, along with others, pulled him from the burning car before emergency services arrived.

New Hampshire State Police later identified the driver as Yevgeny Mirman, 51, of Massachusetts. Republican Governor Kelly Ayotte and her security detail were passing by when they spotted the wreck and stopped to help.
