This concert is free to attend.

Another significant event is the flag-raising ceremony at 9 a.m. in front of the Kaja Cultural Center in Mustamäe, attended by the Tallinn Police Orchestra. A live concert by Ott Lepland is scheduled to start at 6 p.m. in Männi Park.

Workshops at the Vabamu Museum of Occupations and Freedom offer opportunities to create badges and remix important songs from Estonia’s Singing Revolution.

The August 20 Memorial Ceremony will take place at 11 a.m. at the August 20 Memorial Stone in Toompea, with President Alar Karis, Prime Minister Kristen Michal, and Ants Veetõusme, president of the August 20 Club, in attendance. Veetõusme will deliver a speech at the ceremony.

The August 20 Club will hold its traditional festive meeting in the White Hall of Toompea Castle at noon, with Deputy chairman of the board Alar Maarend giving a speech.

The traditional summer reception will take place at 6 p.m. in the Rose Garden in Kadriorg, where President Alar Karis will greet the people of Estonia. The reception will be accompanied by live music.
