Estefania Elementary School Wins MassKara Dance Competition for Second Year Running
Estefania Elementary School has triumphed once again, winning the 46th MassKara Street and Arena Dance Competition School Category. The school received a cash prize of P750,000 and an additional P20,000 from DITO Telecom, marking their second consecutive victory since 2019 in this competitive event.
The celebrations didn't stop there for Estefania Elementary. Their Barangay, Mansilingan, also scooped the top prize at the Electric MassKara float parade and dance-off competition in 2025, earning P350,000. Mansilingan's float was adjudged the Best in Float, Best in Mask and Costume, and Best in Music, adding to their already impressive haul in this competitive event.
ALLES, or Asuncion L. Lizares Elementary School, was the second runner-up in the dance competition, taking home P200,000 in cash and P5,000 from DITO Telecom. Paglaum Village Elementary School secured the first runner-up spot, receiving P300,000 and P10,000 from DITO Telecom. Every participating school was awarded P500,000 in subsidies by the City Government. Additionally, Mayor Greg Gasataya announced that each contingent would receive P150,000 as a participation incentive in this competitive event.
The 46th MassKara Street and Arena Dance Competition concluded with Estefania Elementary School and Barangay Mansilingan as the big winners. Their victories highlight the talent and dedication of the participants, with the City Government and DITO Telecom ensuring everyone was well-rewarded for their efforts in this competitive event.
