Epson unveils healthcare tech innovations at HIMSS 2026 in Las Vegas

Epson will present a range of healthcare-focused technology at HIMSS 2026 in Las Vegas. The exhibition, running from March 10 to 12, will feature printing, scanning, and projection tools designed for medical environments. Visitors can explore these solutions at booth No. 3561 in the Venetian Convention & Expo Center.

The company's lineup includes devices tailored for different healthcare settings. In pharmacy operations, the ColorWorks CW-C4000 colour label printer and OmniLink TM-T88VII thermal receipt printer will be on display. These aim to improve labelling accuracy and reduce errors in medication handling.

For administrative offices, Epson will showcase the WorkForce Enterprise AM-C550z colour multifunction printer and the WorkForce Pro EM-C800 network MFP. These machines are built to streamline paperwork and document management. At nursing stations, the DS-C480W wireless compact scanner, WorkForce ST-M1000 monochrome Supertank printer, and DS-80W wireless portable document scanner will be featured for efficient record-keeping.

In clinical presentation spaces, the PowerLite L260F laser projector and PowerLite 810E extreme short throw laser projector with 4K Enhancement Technology will demonstrate high-quality visuals for training and patient education. For nutrition and meal services, the OmniLink TM-L100 thermal label printer will highlight its ability to print allergen warnings and dietary instructions clearly.

The DS-530 II desktop document scanner will also be exhibited, showing how paper records can be converted into electronic health files. Many of these solutions incorporate antimicrobial coatings and contactless options to enhance hygiene and safety. Unlike standard office equipment, they are designed for portability, durability in medical settings, and compliance with healthcare protocols.

Epson's healthcare technologies focus on reducing operational risks, speeding up training, and cutting down on manual errors. Handheld label printers, for example, allow staff to print supply labels on demand, track inventory efficiently, and maintain sanitary conditions without outsourcing.

The event will give healthcare professionals a chance to see how Epson's tools can improve daily operations. From pharmacy labelling to clinical presentations, the solutions aim to make processes faster, safer, and more reliable. The exhibition runs for three days at the Venetian Convention & Expo Center.
