Eoin Staples secures double wins in his impressive riding streak
In a thrilling day at Listowel Races, jockey Eoin Staples delivered a stunning performance, securing two victories in the 2m2f beginners' chase and the concluding 2m2f bumper.
Staples partnered Noel Meade's 9-4 chance Mickey Cohen to a successful debut over fences, keeping on nicely to win by five and a half lengths. The victory brought a wave of excitement among punters, who were buoyant after the impressive display.
