Engulfed in Melodies: Individual Misplaced Amidst Tune-Filled Environment

Readings- Julie Miess, a musician, academic researcher on monsters, and author, combines her multiple passions. She has played in various bands, including Britta Bass and Motörcat.- Jenni Zylka, a cultural writer and film curator, contributes to several publications and radio stations. She is also the author of two books and a jury member for the Grimme Prize.- Eric Wrede, a renowned DJ and music manager, has published books about death, including "The End - Das Buch vom Tod" and "Auf Leben und Tod."
Live Music- Bird Control describes their sound as Moody Psychedelic Garage Punk or The Future Sound of Trash. The band members have gained experience in various bands, including Mucus 2, Monochords, AIR 6, and Jeans Team.- Jesper Munk's career has seen highs and lows, from bluesy supernova to underrated soulbro and teenage poster boy to established singer-songwriter. His new album "Champaigne Shoes" was released in 2024.- Brezel Goering, known as the "Grand Dame of Berlin Chanson" or "Chanson Kaputt," collaborated with Stereo Total for decades, blending garage, trash, disco, and chanson.
DJ Martin Lippert, with over 20 years of experience in music journalism, will bring his vinyl-only series '24 | 7' to the Berlin premiere of LOST IN MUSIC. Don Marco, a musician since the '90s and the author behind books like "The End - Das Buch vom Tod" and "Auf Leben und Tod," completes the lineup.
