Ellen DeGeneres (67), once recognized for her iconic golden locks, recently sported a drastic change. She shared a video on her Instagram, taking her followers on a ride through a sprawling countryside field on a yellow lawnmower—sporting a sleek new brunette hairstyle.
With her former talk show behind her and a new chapter unfolding in Britain, the comedian moved to Oxfordshire after facing floods at her Cotswolds residence shortly after moving in with her wife Portia de Rossi (52). The video starts chirpily as "How it started" then takes a humorous turn ending with "How it ended" as the faithful ride abandons Ellen mid-slope, necessitating a helping hand. Ellen playfully commented, "Portia thought it would be funny to film my first time on a lawnmower. She was right."
This isn't the first peek into the duo's English escapade. In April, Ellen shared a photo with her 136 million followers, showcasing a double rainbow after a rain shower. "3 things that make me happy: My wife, a rainbow, and my wife taking a photo of a rainbow," she captioned the picture.
