At the D23 Expo 2015, director Andrew Stanton gave us a tantalizing glimpse into the animated film's plot. He hinted that Dory would have a sudden memory of her parents, sparking an urgency within her to find them. With her short-term memory loss, she thinks she can't do it alone, so she convinces Marlin and Nemo to help. Together, they travel far and wide to a whole new part of the world, encountering an array of new characters.
Ellen DeGeneres has been pining for a Finding Dory sequel for ages. Excited about the film, she shared, "I'm so thrilled and proud of this movie!"
