Elemental Royalty Corporation upgrades to Toronto Stock Exchange in April 2026

Elemental Royalty Corporation is moving its shares to a larger market. The company's common stock will begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. This shift marks a change from its current listing on the TSX Venture Exchange. The transition to the TSX will happen smoothly. On the same day the shares start trading there, they will be voluntarily removed from the TSX Venture Exchange. No new shares are being issued, and no extra funding is tied to this move.

David M. Cole, the company's Chief Executive Officer, sees this as a positive step. He believes the TSX listing will increase the company's profile and attract more investors. Elemental Royalty currently holds 18 producing assets, though their exact locations remain undisclosed.

The switch to the TSX will take effect on April 7, 2026. Existing shareholders will see their holdings transfer automatically to the new exchange. The company expects the move to improve access to capital and expand its investor reach.
