Ingredients:
- 4 packets of ramen noodles, without seasoning packets
- 3 bell peppers, finely chopped
- 2 pouches of sliced mushrooms
- 2 bunches of spring onions, finely chopped
- 4 eggs, half-boiled
Teriyaki Sauce:
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt
- Black pepper

Preparation:
- Half-boil the eggs, then chill them in an ice bath. Set aside.
- In a separate pan, sauté the bell peppers in olive oil over medium heat and season with garlic, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Cook the mushrooms in the same pan over medium heat for 5 minutes, season similarly to the peppers and set aside.
- Cook the ramen noodles in water (without seasoning packets) for about 3-4 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- Add teriyaki sauce to the noodles and mix well.
- Distribute the noodles among 4 bowls, and top with the sautéed peppers, mushrooms, half-boiled eggs, and finely chopped spring onions.
