El Pollo Loco Spices Up Menu with Baja-Inspired Tostadas and Shrimp Tacos
El Pollo Loco, the leading fire-grilled chicken restaurant chain, is expanding its menu with new limited-time news. Starting February 18, 2026, customers can try three Baja Double Tostadas and a Baja Shrimp Taco at over 500 locations across nine U.S. states.
The new menu features three varieties of Baja Double Tostadas. The Baja Double Chicken includes a double portion of fire-grilled chopped chicken, packing 66 grams of protein. The Baja Double Shrimp offers a double serving of seasoned shrimp with 38 grams of protein. For those wanting both, the Baja Chicken & Shrimp Tostada combines chicken and shrimp, delivering 52 grams of protein.
Alongside the tostadas, the Baja Shrimp Taco will also debut. This classic-style taco includes seasoned shrimp, crispy shredded cabbage, and a new Lime Crema Sauce, all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.
Each item uses freshly prepared ingredients and bold flavours, aligning with the brand's focus on craveable, better-for-you news. The new dishes will be available systemwide for a limited time.
The launch marks another addition to El Pollo Loco's menu, which already spans fire-grilled chicken and other signature items. Customers can find the new Baja-inspired news at all U.S. locations, including franchised and company-owned restaurants, from February 18, 2026.
