The Great Indian Brew Festival (GIBF) is set to return to Bengaluru on September 21, 2025, promising a day filled with food, music, and community spirit. This year's event will take place at The Bay at Ecoworld, Brookfield Properties' flagship food and cultural hub, located at Unit No. R5, Ground Floor, Tower 8A, Ecoworld, Marathahalli-Sarjapur Outer Ring Road, Bengaluru - 560103.
Organised as a family-friendly experience, the GIBF will feature designated safe zones, strict ID checks, on-site medical assistance, and trained crowd management teams to ensure a secure and enjoyable event for all attendees.
Nitin Bir, Vice President - Retail Leasing, Brookfield Properties, India, stated that hosting the GIBF at The Bay at Ecoworld is a natural extension of their retail strategy. Over 20 food brands will be present, offering a diverse range of cuisines. Participating brands include Kampot, Nizaams, German Brazelhaus, Roma, NY Pizza Co., Funky Belgian Waffles, Sheesh Kebab, Amadora, and others.
In addition to the food, three live bands will perform throughout the day, blending local energy with global soundscapes. Giant cut-outs, Oktoberfest decor, games like Giant Jenga, Bull Terrain, tattoo booths, trampolines, and family play zones are part of the festival experience.
