Easy Software AG Earns ISO 27001 Certification for Secure Enterprise Solutions

German software provider easy software AG has achieved ISO 27001 certification for its enterprise solutions. The milestone confirms the company's commitment to securing sensitive business data across its cloud-native platforms. Leaders say the certification strengthens trust in digital document management and AI applications.

The certification covers easy software AG's full range of services, including enterprise content management, digital archiving, and contract handling. It also applies to HR management and invoice processing systems. The company's Information Security Management System (ISMS) now meets international standards for data protection.

To earn the certification, the firm upgraded its security framework. Processes, technical defences, and organisational structures were realigned to reduce risks and block cyber threats. The ISMS now safeguards all stages of software development, operation, and delivery.

Andreas Zipser, the company's CEO, stated that the certification ensures customers' sensitive documents remain protected at all times. Andreas Fey, CIO, added that the achievement embeds security oversight at a systemic level. This allows for ongoing improvements and stricter compliance checks.

The ISO 27001 certification positions easy software AG as a reliable partner for digital transformation in Germany. Its solutions now provide a verified foundation for secure data processing and AI-driven applications. The move supports data sovereignty and resilience in the country's digital economy.
