Easter Meadow Event Returns with Disney Characters, Historic Tractors & Fireworks
The Easter meadow event is set to return this year, promising a thrilling time for all ages. From March 22 to April 7, visitors can expect a plethora of attractions, including historical tractors, Disney characters, and a spectacular fireworks display. The event will be open daily from 2 to 11 pm, with the exception of Good Friday.
Over the course of 16 days, around 200 showmen will operate approximately 20 fairground rides, ensuring excitement for both kids and adults. With around half a million visitors anticipated, it's set to be a bustling event. Kids will be delighted with 13 dedicated rides, while history enthusiasts can explore the technical evolution of tractors from the 1930s onwards.
The event will also host several Disney characters. Princesses will make an appearance on March 26, while Mickey and Minnie Mouse will visit on April 2. The Bayern festival hall will keep the music going with various events, including an Alpine party and Studio Tuesday. On the other hand, there's no confirmed information about a performance at the Bayern-Festhalle on March 30. The Dutch Abacus Theater will present a Steampunk parade on April 4.
State Councillor Kai Stührenberg will officially inaugurate the event in the Bayern tent at 6 pm on March 22, followed by a dazzling fireworks display over the Easter meadow at 9:45 pm.
