Each round in Kaltennordheim aids fundraising efforts - August 16, 25

The small town of Kaltennordheim is gearing up for a unique event this August. On the 16th, the RSV Fortuna Kaltennordheim, an association dedicated to preserving and developing the local sports park, is hosting a charity run.

Significant achievements have been made in the development of the sports park, including securing funding through the Leader program and actively involving the community in shaping the park. The charity run is a testament to the unity and volunteer work in the region.

The primary purpose of the charity run is to raise funds for renovating the sports park. Participants can join the run at any time and run as much as they like. For every completed lap (500m), 1 Euro will be donated to the sports park project.

The charity run takes place from 9 am to 6 pm, followed by a social gathering with live music after 6 pm. Free attractions during the run include live music, bouncy castles, boxing machines, performances by music groups, and hosted program points.

Local gastronomers will provide a Street Food Festival with a variety of offerings. Expect Asian specialties from the wok, grilled food and burgers, potato wedges and fries, pizza and flatbread from the event bakery Mehlschwalbe, and ice cream specialties from the Netten Eck.

No prior registration is necessary for the charity run. So, lace up your running shoes and join the community in supporting a great cause. After 6 pm, there will be a social gathering with live music, providing a perfect opportunity to unwind and celebrate the day's achievements.

For accurate and detailed information closer to the event date, we recommend contacting the Kaltennordheim sports club or local event organizers directly, checking community bulletin boards, or official town websites.

This charity run is a wonderful opportunity to experience the enthusiasm and unity of the region while contributing to a worthy cause. Let's come together and make a difference in our community!
