E-scooter user encounters obstacles, leading to a fall
On Tuesday, September 16, at around 11:35 AM, a 15-year-old was lightly injured in an E-scooter accident in Kamp-Lintfort's Pappelsee area. The incident occurred on a path within Pappelsee Park.
