In the heart of Yakutia, the "Dygyn Games-2024" came to a thrilling conclusion on June 30th in the "Üs Hatyg" area of the regional capital. This year's competition saw the participation of twelve athletes from various districts, each vying for the top spot in a series of exhilarating events.
The Mountain District's Dyulustan Nogovitsyn emerged as the victor, marking his tenth participation in the main tournament of the Ысыаха Туймаады. Nogovitsyn's impressive win earned him a certificate worth one million rubles, a well-deserved reward for his dedication and skill.
The runner-up spot went to Boris Sdvizhkov from the Amga District, who received a certificate for a "Taiga" sawmill. Meanwhile, Artyom Dyakonov from the Kobyaysky District placed third and was awarded a certificate for an outboard motor.
The Dygyn Games-2024 was made possible through the generous support of several sponsors. The main sponsor was LLC "Progress" (General Director A.S. Piniugin), with other significant contributors including the Yakutsk City Administration, "Stroy Mebel", "Saha Carpets" store, "Almazkreditservis" Consumer Cooperative, "Tetim" store, "Vest Print" advertising agency, "Alfa Mebel" furniture center, "Dimida" furniture production company, "MOST", and "Gormolzavod".
The Government of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) and the Ministry of Sports of the Sakha Republic also lent their support to the event, underscoring their commitment to promoting cultural and sporting events in the region.
Evgeny Grigoryev, the head of the city, congratulated all the athletes of the sports tournament. In a recent announcement, he revealed that the winner of the Dygyn Games-2025 will receive a "UAZ Patriot" car, further incentivizing the athletes to strive for success in next year's competition.
