The fiery Netherlander has hopped aboard, inking a deal that'll keep him in the Franconian Bundesliga II till summer 2027. He's making the move fromFC Ingolstadt on a free transfer, having left SC Paderborn under his belt.

Standing tall at 1.90 meters, this 27-year-old protector between the sticks had last been seen in the German third division with Ingolstadt, where he was their main goalkeeper during the second half of the 2023–24 season. Prior to that, he had a stint at SC Paderborn, playing as their lead shot-stopper for a year.

Sporting Director Stephan Fürstner is thrilled about their latest recruit, praising the new keeper for his confidence and vocal leadership. Fürstner expressed that Boevink's courageous, vocal playing style will mesh well with the young goalkeepers already in the squad.
