Duisburg Swimming Competition: Bottrop Swimmers Deliver Impressive Performances in Kruppsee Cup Event

Swimming season's on, and the athletes from SV 1911 Bottrop are diving headfirst! They gritted their teeth and battled it out at the 15th Kruppsee Cup, hosted by SV Rheinhausen 1913.

Tents were pitched, flags hoisted, and the competition commenced at the break of dawn with a splash in the 50m pool. Each swimmer seized the opportunity to acclimate to the awkward long lanes and the rough feel of the uncovered pool.

Thanks to the stellar lineup of swimmers, SV 1911 Bottrop was able to compete in the especially thrilling 4x50m Lagen mixed relay. Daria and Kira, along with Fabian and Paul, mustered their last drops of energy to secure 5th place and bring the day's competition to a close.
