She wrote, "I am more than blessed to call you my daughter," and continued, "You make me feel invincible and strong because of your existence." She vowed that she'd come back and give Luna another tight squeeze as soon as possible.

Dubai Court's Decision
Rawan Bin Hussain fell victim to the justice system in Dubai, receiving a six-month prison sentence and being ordered to pay a fine of 20,000 Emirati dirhams (equivalent to approximately USD $5,445). The authorities detained Rawan at a public venue, where her intoxication led to chaos due to her wild behavior.
