The 27-year-old motorcyclist, who was not publicly named, was celebrating the win at a red light when the attacker, who had a blood alcohol level of 1.5 per thousand, pushed him off his bike. The motorcyclist, who was sober, then struck the attacker with his helmet, starting a brawl. Both the attacker and the motorcyclist were injured in the incident. The Rosenheim police are now investigating both for bodily harm.
