Meißen - A harrowing incident on Germany's A4 highway claimed the life of a young man (20) and left another (36) in a permanent state of vulnerability. Marcel O.'s blood tests later revealed traces of cocaine and amphetamines. The defense claims that he may have imbibed the substances after the accident, but he cannot provide a clear recollection of the incident. The police found no drugs in the car or on Marcel O. post-accident.
