Drug dealer known as the 'Ketamine Queen,' who supplied illicit substances to 'Friends' actor Matthew Perry, is set to admit guilt, according to the Department of Justice.

In a shocking turn of events, Jasveen Sangha, also known as the "Ketamine Queen," has agreed to plead guilty to five federal charges in relation to the death of actor Matthew Perry in October 2023.

Sangha has been in custody since her arrest in August 2024, nearly a year after Perry's tragic demise. The 54-year-old actor died from a ketamine overdose on Oct. 28, 2023.

According to the charges, Sangha supplied ketamine to Kenneth Iwamasa, Perry's live-in personal assistant, who repeatedly injected Perry with the drug. On the fateful day of Oct. 28, 2023, Iwamasa injected Perry with at least three shots of Sangha's ketamine, which led to his untimely death.

Iwamasa, Sangha, and Erik Fleming, another individual involved in the distribution of ketamine, have been implicated in the case. It is alleged that Sangha used her North Hollywood residence to store, package, and distribute narcotics, including ketamine and methamphetamine, since at least June 2019.

In October 2023, Sangha and Fleming sold 51 vials of ketamine to Perry. Authorities found 79 vials of liquid ketamine, among other drugs and drug trafficking items, in Sangha's residence during a search in March 2023.

Dr. Mark Chavez, who pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine in October 2024, sold the ketamine to Iwamasa to inject Perry. Dr. Salvador Plasencia, who pleaded guilty to four counts of distribution of ketamine late last month, received the ketamine from Chavez. However, it is important to note that neither of these doctors supplied the doses that killed Perry.

Fleming pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine and one count of distribution of ketamine resulting in death in August 2024. Iwamasa, too, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine causing death in the same month.

In a chilling turn of events, upon learning about Perry's death, Sangha called Fleming on Signal to discuss how to distance themselves from it. Sangha has also admitted to selling ketamine in connection with another overdose death (Cody McLaury).

As the investigation continues, it is hoped that justice will be served for Matthew Perry and his family. Sangha is expected to plead guilty in the coming weeks.
