Drug dealer known as the 'Ketamine Queen' admits to supplying lethal doses to Matthew Perry, planning to plea in court.

In a shocking turn of events, Jasveen Sangha, also known as the "Ketamine Queen," has agreed to plead guilty to multiple federal charges, including distribution of ketamine resulting in death, for supplying the fatal doses to actor Matthew Perry.

Sangha, aged 42, was described as a drug dealer who supplied large quantities of ketamine, including to Perry when his doctor was unwilling to provide enough. Prosecutors say Perry's assistant and friend acted as middlemen to buy ketamine from Sangha, including 25 vials shortly before Perry's death in October 2023.

Besides Perry’s case, Sangha also admitted to selling ketamine linked to a separate fatal overdose in 2019. She will face up to 45 years in prison following her guilty plea to five federal charges, including maintaining a drug-involved premises and distribution leading to death.

Perry, known for publicly struggling with addiction, died at age 54, with the overdose involving ketamine from Sangha’s supply confirmed as the cause. Perry began obtaining ketamine from Dr. Salvador Plasencia about a month before his death, and from Jasveen Sangha about two weeks before his death.

The actor bought large amounts of ketamine from Sangha, including 25 vials for $6,000 in cash four days before his death. On October 28, 2023, Iwamasa injected Perry with at least three shots of Sangha's ketamine, which caused Perry's death.

Sangha's home was raided in March 2024, and she was indicted and arrested that year. She has been held in jail since. Sangha updated her settings to automatically delete her messages with Fleming on the day of Perry's death.

This plea agreement marks the fifth and final defendant charged in the overdose death of Matthew Perry to strike a plea agreement with federal prosecutors. Dr. Salvador Plasencia and three other defendants - Dr. Mark Chavez, Kenneth Iwamasa, and Erik Fleming - have already agreed to plead guilty in exchange for their cooperation.

Perry struggled with addiction for years, dating back to his time on "Friends." He was using ketamine as an off-label treatment for depression. Fleming described Sangha's ketamine as "unmarked but it's amazing." Perry, Iwamasa, and Fleming found Sangha through Fleming.

Prosecutors will drop three other counts related to the distribution of ketamine and one count of distribution of methamphetamine unrelated to the Perry case. Sangha has agreed to plead guilty to one count of maintaining a drug-involved premises, three counts of distribution of ketamine, and one count of distribution of ketamine resulting in death or serious bodily injury.

This development sheds light on the tragic circumstances surrounding Perry's death and the role played by Sangha in supplying the fatal doses of ketamine. The case serves as a stark reminder of the dangers of illegal drug use and the consequences that come with it.
