The Kremlin has intensified its offensive in Odessa, resulting in numerous injuries and significant damage to residential buildings and other structures. The Ukrainian Emergency Service reports that 13 people have been injured, and six more have been evacuated, with a high-rise building engulfed in flames for multiple floors. A smaller residential building partially collapsed, and rescue workers fear casualties under the rubble, raising concerns of increased mortalities.

Oleh Kiper, the head of the independent election commission of the Odessa region, confirmed the mass drone attack on Telegram, explaining that despite the active work of the air defense forces, civilian infrastructure, including residential buildings, a university building, a gas pipeline, and cars, has suffered damage.

In other developments, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has responded to Russian President Vladimir Putin's statements questioning his legitimacy, offering to meet in any format, even if it exceeds Putin's constitutional mandate. Regrettably, a 31-year-old Ukrainian woman was killed in an Iranian rocket attack on Israel, along with her eight-year-old daughter and grandmother. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has called for joint international action against the Russia-Iran-North Korea axis, warning that aggressive states like these need to be prevented from uniting.
