Police Not Fooled by Fake Penis - Driver's Fake Penis Ruse Foiled in German Drug Stop

A 28-year-old motorist was pulled over for speeding on the A27 motorway in Bremerhaven, Germany. During the stop, police discovered a peculiar prosthetic device attached to the driver's thigh, which turned out to be a fake penis filled with liquid. The incident occurred on October 19, 2025.

The driver, who admitted to transporting cannabis, initially denied being under the influence of drugs. However, police noticed his drowsy and unfocused state, leading them to suspect drug impairment. In an attempt to conceal his condition, the driver had strapped the prosthetic penis to his thigh, presumably to avoid detection during a potential urine test. The ruse was exposed, and the driver eventually provided a genuine urine sample that tested positive for THC.

The vehicle was found to contain over 90 grams of marijuana and a small amount of cocaine. Police seized the car keys, drugs, mobile phones, and the fake penis as evidence. The driver now faces charges for suspected unauthorized drug trafficking and driving under the influence.

The unusual case of the prosthetic penis used to evade a drug test has raised eyebrows in Bremerhaven. The driver's attempt to conceal his condition has led to charges that could significantly impact his future. The investigation into the suspected drug trafficking is ongoing.
