It's straight up chaos on the streets of Krasnoyarsk, as a man has been charged with an intentional hit-and-run incident.

According to the local prosecutor's office, the case is being treated as premeditated murder.

In the small hours of June 3, a man wandered onto a busy road near Partizana Zheleznyaka Street, causing vehicles to swerve and brake harshly to avoid hitting him. A foreign car finally came to a stop when the pedestrian stood right in front of it.

The driver of the car, a 33-year-old man, engaged in a heated argument with the pedestrian, ultimately running over him with his car, allegedly on purpose.

As far as the driver's story goes, the deceased was drunk out of his mind, but there's no official confirmation on the results of any toxicology report as of yet.
