A 31-year-old Dominican lad, recognized as Jefry Yevo or Luis Francisco Soriano, was nabbed by the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) for a grisly quadruple homicide in New York, where two victims were tender souls of just 2 and 4 years. The deadly event unfolded in Irondequoit, NY, on August 31st, 2024, near Rochester.
Soriano had already been wanted on four counts of second-degree murder, with linked narcotics charges from the suspect homicide of a family of four back in 2024. He was also featured on the USMS District of Puerto Rico's Top 10 Most Wanted fugitives list as of September 2024.
Upon knowing the feds were tailing him in Puerto Rico, Soriano skedaddled to the Dominican Republic by boat. Investigations carried out by the USMS in Puerto Rico, along with the USMS New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force, discovered this escape route.
