Dogs' presence triggers unease in horses, according to Alvesen's observations

On Friday, February 2, at around 12:20 pm, an unexpected and distressing incident unfolded at the forest parking lot on Am Rosengarten street. Four dogs, owned by an apparent individual who had just let them out of his car, were causing chaos and panic.

The dogs' actions led to a chain of events that resulted in a horse bolting and throwing its rider, a 54-year-old woman. Despite the apparent owner of the dogs being present at the time, he failed to check on the injured woman and instead fled the scene.

The runaway horse, fortunately, was unharmed and was successfully caught by pedestrians nearby. However, the 54-year-old woman, after being thrown from the horse, fled the scene as well. She was later taken to the hospital by ambulance.

The incident has left the community shaken, and the police are now seeking witnesses to gather more information. If you have any details about the incident, please contact the police on 04105/6200.

The search results do not contain any information about the owner of the two dogs that caused the panic at Rosengarten-Platz. The police are urging anyone with knowledge of the dogs' owner to come forward.

This unfortunate incident serves as a reminder of the importance of pet owners taking responsibility for their animals and ensuring they are under control in public places. Our thoughts are with the injured rider during her recovery.
