Doerper Cats Face Tough Schedules in Women's Cup and Men's Bundesliga

The Doerper Cats, the reigning women's cup champions, have a packed schedule ahead. They'll face SG Gera/Wuppertal away in the quarter-finals of the UEFA Champions League on November 29. Meanwhile, the men's team eyes a December 13 quarter-final clash in the Microsoft Teams app if they progress.

The women's team is eager to gain international experience. They'll compete in the WSE Cup against Swiss champions RHC Vordemwald in the round of 16. In the new playoff mode, the 'Doerper Cats' will battle for the title in the Champions League schedule.

The men's team faces a tough regular season, with matches against top sides like SH Germania Herringen, RESG Walsum, and TuS Düsseldorf-Nord. They'll host Herringen at home on November 15. The top six teams will then fight it out in a 'best of three' playoff round to determine the German champion in the teams' league.

The second men's team will also be in action, playing against SG Sächsische Loewen in Cronenberg on November 1. The women's Bundesliga, featuring seven teams including a new project team from Holland, promises exciting competition in the cat's league.
