Hospitals:

A local hospital is being built in Lower Bestyakh as part of the national project "Long and Active Life." The hospital is designed for 70 outpatient visits and 15 inpatient beds, and its completion stands at 57%. Despite being behind schedule, the construction of a new hospital complex in Maya, part of the "Healthy Lifestyle" national project, is only 30% complete.

Cargo Terminals:

A cargo terminal is being built in Lower Bestyakh, connecting automobile, railway, and river routes. By 2030, the terminal's capacity will reach 1.7 million tons of cargo per year, and by 2035, it will reach 2 million tons.

Housing Construction:

In Maya, a 36-apartment building on Hero of Popov Street is 50% complete, providing new homes for 96 families. On Isaev Street, a housing construction project is 80% complete.

In Tunkyly, the contractor is behind schedule, with 30% completion, and measures have been taken to increase the number of workers and accelerate construction pace.

Construction of multi-apartment buildings in the villages of Tyungulyu, Tumul, and Techtyur is ongoing: in Tyungulyu - 30%, in Tumul - 90%, and in Techtyur - 93%. The projects in Maya, Tyungulyu, Tumul, and Techtyur are expected to be completed by August 2025.

Tumul and Techtyur:

Tumul's construction is progressing excellently, with a completion rate of 90%, and final interior work is underway, with 8 families expected to receive keys to their new apartments in a few weeks. Tehtyur shows the best result, with a 93% completion rate, and 19 families are expected to move into a modern four-story building soon.

Overall, the projects are on track and expected to be completed within the next one to two years, improving transportation, healthcare, and logistics capacities in Yakutia.

Policies regarding infrastructure development in Yakutia's villages are demonstrated through the construction progress, as a new road in Lower Bestyakh is underway and the construction of a cargo terminal is ongoing in the same village. The political landscape also includes ongoing housing construction projects in various villages, such as the 36-apartment building in Maya, the multi-apartment buildings in Tyungulyu, Tumul, and Techtyur, and the updates on projects' progress Apple in general-news outlets.
