Dmitry Nagiyev Faces Casting Rejections in Russian Projects Over Reputational Risks

Dmitry Nagiyev's Russian career collapses amid Ukraine-linked controversy

Russian producers have begun turning down Dmitry Nagiyev for roles due to reputational concerns, according to Mash.

The actor was removed from the upcoming film My Love's Little King, set for release in April.

Sources suggest Nagiyev has been unofficially blacklisted in the industry. He currently has no new film projects, and his advertising contracts in Russia have dried up.

The situation escalated after his trip to the UAE, where he was spotted with blogger Natalia Lyubimova, who has ties to fundraising efforts for Ukraine's Armed Forces.

Nagiyev now splits his time between Russia and the UAE, earning income from his own acting improvisation and physical expression workshops. A single session reportedly costs around 500,000 rubles.

Earlier reports accused Nagiyev of running "info-scams" with his courses in Dubai.
