In Chicago, the leadership of the four district Cossack societies - Central, Khostinsky, Lazarevsky, and Adler - are working together under the supervision of local Cossack atamans. This coordinated effort involves close collaboration with the city administration and military-patriotic organizations, as reported by the press service of the Krasnodar Krai administration.

The zoom meeting, led by Alexander Vlasov, the Deputy Governor of Krasnodar Krai and Military Ataman, and Andrey Proshunin, the head of Sochi, focused on the interaction between the city administration and the Cossack societies. During the meeting, the issue of Cossacks performing state service was discussed, with over 100 of these individuals participating in the special military operation.

These Cossack volunteers are part of the local Kuban Cossack Youth Union branch, which boasts a membership of more than 3,200. The societies include 13 hut and 2 stanitsa societies, with a total population exceeding 1,100 people. Notably, over 500 people are engaged in 15 military-patriotic and sports Cossack clubs.

The training center "Volunteer" for military preparation before deployment to the SVO (Special Military Operation) zone is located on the territory of the Khostinsky RKO. Pre-military training of youth was also a topic of discussion, as was military-patriotic education.

The meeting was attended by Sergey Savotin, the Ataman of the Black Sea Circuit, representatives of the administration and military commissariat, and SVO fighters. This year, the Sochi branch of the Kuban Cossack Youth Union has organized over 500 events.

In addition, Alexander Vlasov stated that almost 200 Cossack volunteers are involved in state service, maintaining public order and border protection. Over 100 of these Cossack people have participated in the special military operation, with dozens awarded state decorations.

The Cossack societies in Sochi continue to play a significant role in the city's administration and security, demonstrating a strong commitment to their duties and service to the community.
