Dhanush's 'Idli Kadai' Hits Screens Worldwide After Delay, Stars Urge Anti-Piracy
Actor Dhanush's directorial debut, 'Idli Kadai', has hit screens worldwide. Initially planned for April 10, 2023, the film's release was pushed to October 1. Starring Dhanush, Arun Vijay, and Nithya Menen, the film has drawn audiences to theatres.
Dhanush, who also directed the film, spoke about its message, stressing the importance of staying connected to one's roots. The film features Arun Vijay as the antagonist, with Shalini Pandey and Sathyaraj in supporting roles. Cinematography is by Kiran Koushik, with music by G V Prakash.
The makers, including co-producer Dawn Pictures, have taken a strict stance against piracy. They have warned audiences and urged them to report any pirated content or spoilers. The production house has stated that strict legal action will be taken against those found promoting or distributing pirated copies of 'Idli Kadai'.
'Idli Kadai' is a joint production of Dhanush's Wunderbar films and Dawn Pictures. Despite the delay in release, the film has taken a strong opening in theatres. The film's message and the team's commitment to anti-piracy measures have resonated with audiences.
