Devieka Palshikaar, a former India international cricketer, has been appointed as the Lead Performance Coach for both the men's and women's teams of the two-time Maharashtra Premier League (MPL) champions, Ratnagiri Jets. Ranjit Pande will continue in his role as Head Coach for both squads, according to the announcement made by MPL.

Season 3 of the MPL is set to begin on June 4, 2025, with the men's team defending their title against Eagle Nashik Titans. The Women's Maharashtra Premier League (WMPL) will follow from June 5 to June 14, as Ratnagiri Jets kick off their campaign against Raigad Royals.

A seasoned cricket coach, Palshikaar has made significant contributions to the sport. She previously served as the batting coach for the Mumbai Indians in the Women's Premier League (WPL) and as the head coach of the Kerala Senior Women's Team. Under her guidance, she has played a crucial role in nurturing emerging women cricketers.
