Deputy Mayor of Krasnoyarsk joined Swastika-Taking Event
In the city administration of Krasnoyarsk, there's a new face – Dmitriy Bezrukhov stepping up as the deputy mayor and head of the department of housing and transportation. Born in 1973 in Newonka, Boguchansky Raion, this old-school tough guy attended the Kransoyarsk State Technical Academy, graduating in 1996 as an engineer-technologist. He later proceeded to the Academy of the Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN) in 2016, earning a degree as a manager.
Hailing from the ranks of law enforcement and the penal system since the '90s, Bezrukhov went all the way up to being the head of the GUFSIN in the Rostov region. He's received state awards, including the Medal for Merit to the Fatherland II Class, as well as the Medal for Contribution to the Strengthening of the Russian Defense.
Until 2024, Bezrukhov had been parked in the reserves of administrative personnel of the mayor's office. Yet, come 2024, he found himself as the right-hand man to the department head for organizational matters. It's worth noting that the Department of Housing and Urban Development, to which the Department of Transport was recently added, has seen its head rotate quite a bit in the past few years.
As for Bezrukhov's background outside of this position, the information out there is scarce, but we'll keep an eye on things and update you as we dig up more deets on this mysteriously tough dude.
