Departure of the 34th humanitarian aid flight bound for SVO combatants from Yakutia
A humanitarian aid convoy, assembled by Yakutia volunteers, has left Yakutsk on August 19th. The departure was announced by Anna Vinokurova, the deputy head of the Unified Coordination Center of the republican commission "Together to Victory!".
During a briefing, Ms. Vinokurova reported that the convoy is carrying essential items, including long-term food supplies, to support our military personnel on the front line.
Georgy Kurkutov, the head of the Coordination Center and an associate of the "Bessmertny Polk" (Immortal Regiment) organization, is currently on a business trip in the Primorsky Krai. He will be meeting with Yakutia volunteers who provide support to military personnel in various ways.
These meetings will involve collecting requests and wishes from the military, as well as meeting with the command of the army, brigades, regiments, and divisions that are carrying out combat tasks on the line of contact.
In addition to meeting with volunteers who support military personnel in military hospitals, Mr. Kurkutov will also be meeting with those who provide support to military units in permanent deployment locations.
This marks the 34th such mission from Yakutia to the special military operation zone. The convoy's journey is a testament to the ongoing efforts of the Yakutia community to support our military personnel.
