Set to touch down in Yekaterinburg for his very own jubilee, acclaimed pianist Dennis Matsuev is gearing up for the tenth iteration of this renowned musical event. Looking ahead to June 9, Matsuev teams up with the Ural Philharmonic Orchestra under the direction of Dmitry Liss, performing Rachmaninoff's Third Piano Concerto. This piece has a special significance for Matsuev, as it was the start of his friendship with the Sverdlovsk Philharmonic and Yekaterinburg. Matsuev has long considered this ensemble his coveted "golden reserve."
