A massive demonstration is scheduled to take place in Berlin this Saturday, with organisers inviting people to join the "firewall against the right." The event, titled "We are the firewall," is planned as a human chain at the Reichstag building and is expected to involve 100,000 people.

The demonstration is a response to the growing support for right-wing and right-wing extremist views in Germany. Two weeks ago, as many as 350,000 people demonstrated against the AfD (Alternative für Deutschland) in Berlin. This upcoming demonstration could be as large, if not larger, than the previous one.

The demonstration is not advertised as a protest against any specific policy or individual. Instead, it is a public display of opposition to the AfD's policies, including their plans for "Remigration," a proposed mass deportation of foreigners from Germany.

Recent developments have raised concerns about the rise of far-right sentiments in Germany. Hans-Georg Maaßen, a former head of Germany's state security service, was recently named as a right-wing extremist by the organisation he used to lead. CDU members were also present at a meeting with far-right figures, including an event in Potsdam.

The organisers of the protest have issued a statement, inviting people to join the "firewall against the right." The demonstration is intended as a response to these developments and a show of solidarity against the far-right.

The protest in Berlin is not the only event of its kind. On Friday, 2nd February, a demonstration against the far-right is also scheduled in the city, organised under the motto "We are the firewall." The demonstration is scheduled for Saturday at 13:00. It remains to be seen how many people will join this movement to stand against the rise of far-right sentiments in Germany.
